E-mails from Readers:

Greetings! Congratulations on your project. I haven't read most of it as I have just surfed in. However, I would like to add my humble opinion that anyone seriously contemplating the conquest of evil in their lives , especially your topic, might well give serious review to my web at; http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Parthenon/6125/index.html It is precisely for such problems that this site is done.

My colleague graciously sent me the address to the internet site titled "Steps
in Overcoming Masturbation" by Mark Petersen out of their concern for  my well
being.

For, up until two weeks ago, I masturbated.

Frequently.

Your suggestion that one find something to get one's mind off of the temptation
to perform "the act" allowed be to free myself from a truly despicable behavior.
I believe I have found the perfect distraction.  Whenever the thought comes to
me (such as when I get out of the shower and look at myself in the mirror
unclothed) I quickly retrieve a sewing needle from my dresser drawer (which I
now keep amply stocked!) and quickly jam it into one of my buttocks.

I have found that the sharp pain that results quickly removes any sense of
arousal and the desire to perform "the act."

I thank you and my colleagues for cleansing me of this dirty habit.
